Your records
PepMath stores your saved vials, dose history, schedules, reminder preferences, and optional weight and water entries in the app’s container on your device. There is no PepMath account, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDK in the app. PepMath does not upload your records to a developer-operated server.
Dose, weight and water records are values you enter manually. PepMath does not use HealthKit, read health sensors, or send these records to Apple Health.
Device backups
Depending on your Apple device settings, app data may be included in an iCloud or computer backup. Those backups are managed by you and Apple. PepMath does not provide its own cloud sync service.
A backup or an export that you keep can contain your dose, vial or other personal records. Protect those copies as you would the information in the app.
Purchases and Apple services
Subscriptions use Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services. Apple processes payments and provides verified subscription information so the app can enable Pro. PepMath does not receive your payment card details.
Apple may process purchase, diagnostic and usage information under its own privacy policy and your device settings. Read Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS after you grant notification permission. Their text may include the vial name you entered. Notifications may appear on your Lock Screen or connected devices according to your Apple notification settings.
You can turn reminders off for a vial in PepMath, or manage notification permission and previews in your device’s Settings.
Export, retention and deletion
With Pro, export creates a JSON or CSV file containing vial or dose-history records and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose its destination. Copies saved or shared elsewhere are managed by you and the service you choose. The current vial exports do not include optional weight and water entries.
Records remain locally until you remove them or delete the app. Archiving a vial keeps its history; it is not deletion. Turning off a weight or water card also keeps its entries. Deleting a vial removes that vial and its dose history after confirmation.
Deleting the app removes its local records. Device backups and copies you exported are separate and are not deleted by removing the app. Keep a copy you need before deletion. The app does not offer an export-import restore feature.
If you contact support
If you choose to email support, the recipient receives your email address, message and any attachments you include. That information is used to respond to your request. You do not need to send dose records, payment card details or other health information to report a technical issue.
Ask through the contact address below if you want a support message corrected or deleted. We will handle the request subject to any information we need to retain to resolve the issue or meet applicable obligations. We cannot access or delete the records stored on your device.
This website
These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or cookies set by the site’s own code. They use local styles and system fonts.
When you visit a hosted website, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the page, such as an IP address and the requested page, to its hosting infrastructure. Its provider may process request and security logs. This is separate from the local records in the PepMath app.
Following an Apple link or using email opens another service, whose privacy practices apply there.
Children and policy changes
PepMath is not directed at children. The app does not collect the values entered by users of any age.
If the app’s privacy practices change, the policy included with the relevant app update and this page will be updated. The date above identifies this version of the policy.
